Service Description
An authentic wood-fired sauna experience with up to 9 other people where conversations are limited, which lends space to mindfulness and reflection. Between rounds of heat and cold, guests can relax with complimentary hot tea and enjoy our handcrafted cedar sauna, refreshing outdoor showers, and two cold plunges - including an invigorating ice bath. Ocean Ember Sauna is grounded in community, care, connection and born from the idea of wellbeing being a shared phenomenon. Our sessions invite you to slow down, restore your wairua, and soak in the heat of the fire. Whether you're seeking relaxation, reflection, or a moment to pause - you're always welcome here. We operate from a shared community space and other activities (such as surfboard shaping) may sometimes be happening in the vicinity of the sauna.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session are non-refundable, and bookings can be rescheduled up to 6 hours before the session starts.
