Enjoy an authentic wood-fired sauna experience with up to nine other guests in a respectful, welcoming environment where quiet conversation, connection, and body positivity are embraced. This is a clothing-free session, with nudity welcomed throughout the sauna and cold plunge experience. Between rounds of heat and cold, unwind with complimentary hot tea and enjoy our handcrafted cedar sauna, refreshing outdoor showers, and two cold plunges - including an invigorating ice bath.
