An authentic wood-fired sauna experience with up to 9 others where quiet conversations are welcomed. This session is designed to support and connect with others in a safe space. Ocean Ember Sauna is grounded in community, care, connection and born from the idea of wellbeing being a shared phenomenon. Our sessions invite you to slow down, restore your wairua, and soak in the heat of the fire. Whether you're seeking relaxation, reflection, or a moment to pause - you're always welcome here.
