Acknowledgment of Risks

By entering Ocean Ember Sauna, participants acknowledge that they are engaging in activities that involve inherent risks, including exposure to high heat, dehydration, and the potential aggravation of underlying medical conditions.
Participants confirm they do so voluntarily and at their own risk.
If participants have any reservations about sauna use, including but not limited to medical conditions, prescription medications, or pregnancy, they must consult their GP before entering.

Safety Guidelines
Participants must adhere to the following safety guidelines:

Alcohol and drugs are prohibited.
During normal 'general sessions', anyone under the age of 16 is not permitted in the sauna. If you'd like to bring kids along, please book a private session instead.
Remove any metal jewellery, glasses, or contact lenses before entering.
Avoid using glass or metal drinking vessels in the sauna.
Stay in the sauna for no longer than 20 minutes at a time per session (recommended: 5–15 minutes).

Cold Plunge Disclaimer

Participants taking a "cold plunge" (ocean/bath etc) do so at their own risk.
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are capable swimmers and can tolerate cold water exposure and varying sea conditions.
Participants new to sauna use or cold plunging are encouraged to ease into cold water immersion, as it may cause dizziness.

Release of Liability

By participating in activities hosted by Ocean Ember Sauna, participants expressly agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Ocean Ember Sauna, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liability, or damages, including but not limited to health-related concerns, injuries, or accidents arising from their participation.

Right to Refuse
Ocean Ember Sauna reserves the right to refuse entry, terminate sessions if:

Participants fail to follow safety guidelines or demonstrate risky behaviour.
Show a lack of respect to other users, employees or equipment.
A health and safety concern arises.

Booking Policy

We know life happens! To help us keep our schedule running smoothly, bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the session start time are non-refundable though you may reschedule with no penalty up to 6 hours before the session starts.
Concession passes are valid for 15 months from date of purchase.

Waiver Agreement
By ticking the box, participants confirm:

They have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions
They will follow all safety guidelines and inform their group members of these conditions if a participant has booked on their behalf
Participation is voluntary, and they accept full responsibility for their actions
They agree to release Ocean Ember Sauna, its staff, and agents from any liability for injuries, illnesses, or other medical issues resulting from their participation
