Set up the sauna, welcome guests, manage the flow of sauna sessions and pack down at the end of the night. This is a casual role, paid for in a combination of wages and free sauna sessions.

Sauna Guide

Contribute by facilitating ‘guided sessions’ - your role is to create a safe space while bringing a sense of calm, mindfulness and personal flair to each session! Enjoy the session yourself, while performing a simple guided meditation and 3x steam ritual (aufguss master!). Guiding styles vary and we welcome creativity.

Have prior experience guiding sauna, meditation, breathwork or yoga sessions
